Retail restructurings have drawn a lot of attention in recent months, with insolvency filings by big-name retailers such as Aldo, Reitmans, Laura, DAVIDSTea, Mountain Equipment Co-op and more. Many more are hanging on by just a thread and will need to obtain creditor protection imminently.

Financing structures retailers are turning to in order to increase liquidity and avoid the need to file for creditor protection for as long as possible.
